EHR Incentive Program

Recently, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services released the final regulation on the EHR incentive program referred to as the "meaningful use" regulation.  

This final rule pertains to Stage 1 that covers the first two years of adoption and meaningful use of certified EHR technology.  States 2 and 3 will be defined in future rulemaking.
