REFUND POLCY

Refund guidelines of Oklahoma County Medical society dues and assessments are set forth in the OCMS Bylaws, Chapter VII, Section 6:

Refunds:  Assessments are not refundable.  When a dues-paid member shall leave Oklahoma County or otherwise change his/her membership classification during the first six (6) months of the calendar year, January 1, to June 30, he/she may request and receive a refund of one-half of the dues paid to the Society.  Members leaving the County or otherwise changing their membership classification during the last half of the year, July 1, to December 31, are not entitled to a refund of Society dues.

NOTE:  This refund policy ONLY pertains to Oklahoma County Medical Society dues.  The Society will forward a request fo refund to the other organization/s on behalf of the dues-paid member for consideration pursuant to their governing bylaws and/or refund policy.
